At Akrion Digitals, we deliver high-quality digital solutions and creative services designed to help brands stand out and scale. As we expand our reach, we are looking for two (2) driven, articulate, and mid-level Freelance Sales Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Job brief

We are seeking self-motivated sales individuals with intermediate experience who know how to open doors, handle objections, and build genuine rapport. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and pitching our digital services to prospective clients. This is a flexible, remote freelance position where your communication skills will directly translate into results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential business clients who need our digital services.

Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold/warm calling, emailing, or professional social networks.

Pitching & Presentation: Clearly articulate Akrion Digitals' value proposition, tailoring your approach to meet the specific pain points of each prospect.

Relationship Building: Act as the initial point of contact, building strong client relationships based on trust and professional communication.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management (digital agency/creative services experience is a major plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly persuasive, an active listener, and able to confidently handle objections.

Independence: Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets while working remotely and unsupervised.

Resilience: A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the stamina to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
