General Manager

Nomaq Group PLC is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven professional to fill the position of General Manager.

Position Details

Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the company.
Coordinate and supervise the company's core business sectors, including:
- Logistics
- Import & Export
- Procurement
Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
Ensure efficient execution of company objectives and performance targets.
Lead and manage company personnel and resources effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, International Business, or other related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics, Import & Export, Procurement, or related business operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business functions simultaneously.
