About the job

We are not interested in \"yes-men\"; we want creative software professionals who will be part of the team and can spot failures, anticipate and mitigate risks, and navigate external uncertainties. If you have a background as a Software Engineer, Developer, QA, Project Manger, Scrum Master or related and want to step into a senior delivery role, this is for you.

What You Do

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex software modules (mobile and backend).
Proactively identify, analyze, and document project risks and environmental bottlenecks.
Develop contingency plans for infrastructure instability and resource constraints.
Evaluate past sprint retrospectives and historical data to prevent recurring project failures.
Ensure product quality and end-user satisfaction without major deployment disruptions.

Who This Is For

You have minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in software projects.
You have a strong understanding of risk management, project efficiency, and software lifecycles.
You critically and objectively evaluate project environments without \"sugar-coating\" realities.
You are highly analytical and value brutal honesty in post-mortems.
