Blue Ocean Creatives (BOC) is looking for a fast, proactive and people-oriented senior manager to own client satisfaction and team delivery across our social media accounts.

What You'll Do

Act as the main relationship lead for our social media clients
Coordinate the internal creative and strategy team to ensure flawless content delivery
Make sure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are hit — across content, campaigns, and client expectations
Review all deliverables and catch issues before clients do
Own the reporting and progress updates to management
Maintain client trust through consistency, communication, and professionalism

You Are

A strong communicator who keeps people aligned and accountable
Experienced in client-facing or managerial roles (sales manager, account manager., or delivery)
Naturally organized, fast-moving, and adaptable
Comfortable managing multiple timelines, teams, and tools
Obsessed with detail, delivery, and client success

Requirements

1+ years experience in a managerial, client service, or coordination role
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
High emotional intelligence and people skills
