We are a growing Social Media Marketing Agency working with multiple freelancers across content creation, design, videography, and social media management. As we scale, we are looking for a highly organized, independent Operations & Project Manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day execution and ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and as planned.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, follow-ups, and making sure things actually get done.

Your Mission

Your main responsibility is simple but critical:

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, approved properly, and executed without chaos.

You will oversee everything happening inside the agency and act as the bridge between clients, freelancers, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

Manage all ongoing social media projects from start to finish
Break down projects into clear tasks and assign them to:
- Video editors
- Graphic designers
- Scriptwriters
- Cameramen
- Other freelancers
Set clear deadlines and actively follow up to ensure on-time delivery

Client Communication & Approvals

Communicate directly with clients to:
- Get script approvals
- Get video/content approvals
- Confirm posting schedules and shooting times
Coordinate revisions based on client feedback
Ensure nothing gets published without approval

Content Scheduling & Publishing

Schedule posts accurately and on time using Metricool
Ensure content calendars are followed as planned
Coordinate posting timelines across platforms

Workflow & System Organization

Manage workflows using Notion
Keep task boards, timelines, and project statuses updated
Ensure everyone involved knows:
- What they are doing
- By when
- What is pending

Who You Are

You have project management experience
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
You can manage multiple projects without losing control
You are confident communicating with:
- Clients
- Freelancers
- Creatives
You can work independently without constant supervision
You are proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to follow up on

Nice to Have (Advantage)

Experience in SMMA or digital marketing agencies
Experience working with freelancers or creative teams
Strong understanding of social media content workflows
