Job Overview

The Shop Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth sales execution, accurate record-keeping, and high customer satisfaction. The role focuses on handling customer interactions (both in-person and via phone), maintaining proper communication records, managing transactions, and ensuring strong product knowledge to support sales performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Assist walk-in customers in identifying suitable products based on their needs.
Provide clear and accurate product information, recommendations, and alternatives.
Handle branch phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Follow up with customers when necessary to close sales or provide updates.

Communication & Tracking

Maintain and regularly update the communication sheet with all customer interactions.
Ensure all customer requests, follow-ups, and feedback are properly recorded and tracked.
Coordinate with the sales team and management based on customer needs and trends.

Operational Management

Maintain strong, up-to-date knowledge of all products in the store.
Monitor stock availability and support accurate inventory tracking.
Assist in periodic stock counts and ensure records match physical inventory.

Financial Management

Record all sales transactions accurately in the system.
Handle customer payments and ensure proper documentation.
Manage daily cash handling, including reconciliation and reporting discrepancies.

Audits & Compliance

Conduct regular price checks to ensure consistency between system and displayed prices.
Ensure compliance with company procedures for sales, inventory, and cash handling.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related Social field.
Only 2024 and 2025 graduates are eligible.
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or finance.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong ability to communicate clearly and handle different types of customers.
Professional phone etiquette and responsiveness.

Product Knowledge

Ability to quickly learn and confidently explain product features, uses, and differences.

Attention to Detail

Accuracy in recording sales, updating communication sheets, and tracking inventory.

Organization & Time Management

Ability to manage multiple tasks (customers, phone, records) without losing structure.

Basic Financial Skills

Understanding of cash handling, simple accounting, and transaction recording.

Technical Skills

Basic proficiency in Google Suite (especially Excel) and sales/inventory systems.
