Key Responsibilities

· Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and audit documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) for customs clearance and compliance with international trade laws.

· Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor international shipments (air/sea/land), liaising with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery.

· Customs & Clearance: Work with customs brokers to ensure accurate HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification, manage tariff payments, and resolve clearance delays.

· Inventory & Cost Control: Track, trace, and manage inbound inventory, optimizing logistics costs and negotiating rates with carriers.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, internal departments (purchasing, finance), and logistics partners to manage expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: Generally 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of INCOTERMS 2020, customs regulations, and , trade compliance.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and logistics software or ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
