Responsibilities

Manage overall gym and spa operations.
Supervise staff (trainers, receptionists, therapists, cleaners, etc.)
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle customer complaints professionally and quickly.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Create a welcoming and positive customer experience.
Develop marketing and promotion strategies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
Prepare reports(financial, operational, performance).
Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle customer complaints professionally and quickly.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Create a welcoming and positive customer experience.
Develop and implement marketing strategies(social media, promotions, door to door).
Attract new customers through.
Maintain strong customer follow-up system.
Analyze market trends and competitors.
Improve brand image and visibility.
Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities.
Motivate staff and build teamwork.
Handle employee issues, discipline, and conflict resolution.
Ensure smooth daily operation of the business.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Manage schedules and workflow(Time Management).
Control inventory and supplies.

Requirements

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Sport Science, or related field.
3–5 years experience in gym, spa, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills .
Basic knowledge of finance and reporting.
Experience in customer service and marketing is an advantage.
Customer Service business preferred.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Experience in customer handling and staff supervision.
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales.
Ability to work under pressure.
