We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead apartment/property sales activities from inquiry to closing

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into buyers

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Mentor and support junior sales team members

Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Leadership/team guidance experience preferred

Professional appearance and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment
