Position: Real Estate Sales Officer

Location: Lebu

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Intermediate Real Estate Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads

Conduct property presentations and site visits

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties

Negotiate and close sales deals effectively

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

3 months of sales experience (Real Estate experience is an advantage)

Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office applications
