Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our fintech products and services. The role focuses on digital marketing, brand growth, product marketing, and user/merchant acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, influencers).
Drive user growth, app downloads, and merchant onboarding.
Manage brand communication and content creation.
Support product launches with go-to-market plans.
Coordinate events, activations, and partner marketing.
Monitor marketing performance, analytics, and reporting.
Manage and guide the marketing team and external agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience (fintech or tech preferred).
Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
Good communication, leadership, and project management skills.
