We are seeking a highly organized and dependable assistant to support the daily operations of our language center. The successful candidate must demonstrate full fluency in English and possess the ability to operate effectively within a professional educational environment, requiring a high level of communication, coordination, and administrative competence.

Responsibilities:

Managing the relationship between students and teachers
Assigning classes and schedules to teachers
Handling students’ questions and providing support
Preparing and organizing PDFs and other learning materials

Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills (PDF preparation, documents, email, etc.)
Previous experience in an educational or administrative role is a plus
