Position: Customer Service Officer

Company: Tigat Saving and Credit Coop

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
Resolve issues and troubleshoot customer-related problems
Promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Answer phone calls and provide clear and accurate information to customers
Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in customer service, research, sales, or a related role is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with diverse audiences and create effective communication
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
