Betolo IT Solutions PLC is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join the team working on coefex, our software platform for the coffee trade sector.

This role is ideal for someone someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys helping customers, and is willing to learn how business software works. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

The role includes helping customers get started with coefex, supporting training, following up customer questions, testing the system, preparing simple guides or videos, and helping customers use the system successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers during onboarding and system setup
Conduct customer follow-ups and assist with inquiries
Provide basic user training and guidance
Test system features and report issues clearly
Prepare simple user guides, tutorials, or training videos
Help customers successfully adopt and use the platform

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Have strong communication skills
Are organized and detail-oriented
Follow through on tasks responsibly
Enjoy supporting and helping customers
Are eager to learn ERP/SaaS systems and coffee trade operations
Possess good computer skills
Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, Agribusiness, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following areas is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory:

ERP or CRM systems
Customer support or client success
Training or onboarding
Accounting or inventory systems
Logistics or supply chain operations
Coffee trade industry experience
