Job Description

Job Title: Druggist/level IV Pharmacy technician

Main Role and Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions

Provide proper guidance to customers on dosage, usage, and side effects

Ensure compliance with EFDA regulations and standards

Manage inventory, stock control, and expiry date monitoring

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the drug store

Keep accurate records of sales and controlled medications

Deliver professional and ethical customer service

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions

Good communication and customer handling skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills (POS systems, record keeping)

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmacy

Valid professional license (from relevant authority)

Previous work experience in a drug store or pharmacy (1+ years preferred)
