We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The role involves generating leads, showing properties, advising clients, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads (walk-ins, referrals, online platforms)
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Conduct property viewings and site visits
Provide accurate information on property features, prices, and market trends
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
Prepare and follow up on sales agreements and documentation
Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Advertise and market properties through social media and listing platforms
Stay updated on the local real estate market and property values

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local property market
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, online marketing tools)
Trustworthy, presentable, and professional
