The main metric in this role is Qualified Lead Generation. You will own our marketing funnel from end to end—finding creative, low-cost digital and offline strategies to get our IT solutions in front of business owners, corporate decision-makers, and target users, converting their interest into active sales conversations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: A competitive, reliable monthly base salary (commensurate with experience) to cover your costs.

Performance Commission: A highly rewarding, commission structure paid out on closed deals and acquired clients. Exact commission percentages, tiers, and payout milestones will be determined per mutual agreement based on the candidate's experience, target deal sizes, and lead-generation strategy.
