Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in furniture tailoring and upholstery works

Proven experience in sofa and chair manufacturing, including residential and commercial furniture

Strong skills in upholstery (tapestry) work, including fabric, leather, and synthetic materials

Ability to cut, stitch, and assemble upholstery materials with high accuracy and minimal waste

Experience in foam cutting, shaping, and fitting for sofas, armchairs, and seating systems

Skilled in pattern making and measurement interpretation for custom furniture designs

Ability to work with different fabric types (cotton, velvet, leatherette, leather, polyester, etc.)

Knowledge of wooden and metal furniture frames and how upholstery integrates with structures

High attention to detail, finishing quality, and durability standards

Ability to repair, re-upholster, and refurbish existing sofas and chairs

Understanding of quality control standards in furniture production

Ability to work independently and as part of a furniture production team

Good time management skills with the ability to meet production deadlines

Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper tool handling
