We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Medical Software Sales Representatives. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and introducing our medical software solutions to healthcare providers, including clinics, dental practices, hospitals, and other medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare sector (clinics, dental clinics, hospitals, and specialized centers)
Present and demonstrate our medical software solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and administrators
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions
Negotiate and support closing of sales agreements
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies

Requirements

Previous experience in sales (healthcare, SaaS, or tech is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
Basic understanding of healthcare workflows is an advantage
Existing network in the medical field is a plus
