Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Assistant who can efficiently manage daily office operations, handle Single Window (government/permit-related processes), and perform basic to intermediate duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Handle filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist in preparing reports and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills (English & Amharic)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
