Position Summary

We are looking for a junior accountant who will be responsible for handling daily financial data collection and recording and supporting the implementation of a structured financial system under the guidance of senior financial oversight.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of following structured procedures consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, expenses, revenues)
Maintain proper documentation (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
Prepare and organize payment vouchers and supporting documents
Track project-related expenses and costs
Assist in payroll preparation and employee-related payments
Support bank reconciliations and cash tracking
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Assist in tax-related data preparation (VAT, withholding, payroll tax)
Follow up internally to ensure all financial data is collected on time

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, financial statements)
Familiarity with accounting software (Peachtree or QuickBooks is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and follow-up ability
Willingness to learn and adapt to structured financial systems
