Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, reliable, and professional transportation services to support the company’s daily operations. The role includes transporting employees, visitors, materials, and documents while ensuring compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for authorized company purposes only.
Transport employees, visitors, and company materials as assigned.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
Ensure that vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance are always valid and available.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance activities.
Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while carrying out duties.
Provide reliable and timely transportation services to support daily company operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of high school completion or equivalent qualification.
Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
Proven driving experience with a good driving record.
Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
