We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Salesperson to lead and grow our sales of construction and related materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and representing the company at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and distributors.
Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients to match solutions with their project requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales within the Furniture .
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of construction products, building materials, and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients/projects, and travel as ne
