About Us

Raise Manufacturing and Trading Plc is a growing manufacturing company seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Office Assistant to handle simple accounting tasks, data entry, report preparation, and general office paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and petty cash.

- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash tracking.

- Maintain organized financial and administrative records.

- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, forms, and files.

- Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems accurately.

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

- Compile data from various departments for reporting purposes.

- Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and document sorting.

- Support basic bookkeeping and monthly financial summaries.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, basic functions).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks) is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations is an advantage.

- Ability to multitask and handle both finance and admin duties.
