We create educational and transformation-based content and want to dominate TikTok with engaging short-form videos. We already have a host — we need someone who can turn footage into attention-grabbing content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Creator who can edit engaging short videos primarily for TikTok using CapCut.

You must understand:

· Hooks (first 3 seconds matter)

· Fast-paced editing

· Captions & subtitles

· Trend adaptation

· Basic storytelling for interior transformation

Responsibilities

· Edit TikTok videos using CapCut

· Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and trending audio

· Suggest content ideas based on trends

· Turn raw footage into engaging short-form content

· Work with our host to improve video performance

· Repurpose content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

Requirements

· Basic to intermediate CapCut skills

· Understanding of TikTok trends

· Creative mindset

· Ability to work independently

· Portfolio or sample videos required

· Must be able to attend an in-person test at our office

Bonus (Not mandatory):

· Experience with interior design content

· Basic social media strategy knowledge

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short, timed editing test at our office. This is designed to see your real-time speed and creativity. this step is mandatory to move forward.
