Graphic Designer & Data Entry Specialist (Social Media & Digital Marketing)
Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Data Entry Specialist to support both marketing and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content for social media while also handling accurate data entry and maintaining organized records.

This role requires creativity, accuracy, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Duties

Design high-quality social media posters, banners, and promotional graphics
Create engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Develop marketing materials for digital advertising campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all designs
Edit and revise designs based on feedback
Stay updated with current design trends

Data Entry & Administrative Duties

Accurately enter and update data into company systems or spreadsheets
Maintain and organize digital records and files
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary
Prepare basic reports when required
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design and/or data entry
Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital creatives
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in branding and visual identity development
Basic understanding of social media marketing principles
Experience working with startups or digital businesses
Familiarity with CRM systems or data management tools
