Responsibilities:

Write property descriptions, ad copy, captions, and scripts
Create blog posts, newsletters, and long-form content
Develop campaign concepts alongside the creative team
Adapt tone and voice across multiple real estate brands
Research market trends to inform content angles

Requirements:

Strong portfolio of writing samples (ads, articles, scripts)
Excellent writing skills in English and Amharic
Storytelling instinct and persuasive copy ability
Comfortable writing for both sales and brand-building purposes
Real estate or lifestyle content experience is a strong plus
