Reports To: Sales Supervisor

Duty Summary:

Responsible for selling products by self-generating the ability to network, and build relationships with clients and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Responsibilities:

Ø Undertake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Company

Ø Put effort into achieving sales performance goals and engage in activities of selling the apartment units daily

Ø Conduct himself/herself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation, and credibility of the Company and its apartment units and shall engage in no activity that reflects adversely on the client or its apartment units

Ø Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, shall promote sales of the apartment units diligently and aggressively, and shall forward all customers and relevant information to the Company

Ø Identify and respond to client needs

Ø Follow up on customer orders as necessary

Ø Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly

Ø Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

Job Requirements :

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Period of Experience: Above 1 Years experience.

Knowledge Requirements :

Ø Good command of English and computer programs (MS Office and CRM programs)

Ø Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills

Ø Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience

Ø Ability to efficiently communicate with potential customers on the phone in Amharic and (when necessary) in English

Ø Required Abilities:

Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ø Creative approach, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Ø Analyzing sales data

Ø Great presentation skills

Ø Great team player
