Toda Nutrition & Supplements is a science-based nutrition and supplement company focused on ethical guidance, client education, and long-term health outcomes. We work closely with medical and nutrition professionals and value trust, accuracy, and professionalism.

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, well-spoken, and health-oriented individual to serve as a Receptionist & Supplement Sales Officer. This role combines front-desk client handling with responsible supplement guidance under professional supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Handling

Welcome clients professionally and manage front-desk operations

Schedule appointments and manage client flow

Handle payments and basic records

Assist clients with intake forms and general inquiries

Supplement Sales & Client Education

Explain approved supplements clearly and ethically

Guide clients based on pre-approved recommendations

Promote responsible supplement use (no diagnosis or prescribing)

Refer clients to the doctor/nutritionist when necessary

Required Qualifications

Background in health-related fields (pharmacy assistant, nursing, nutrition, health science) OR strong interest in health and wellness

Good communication skills (English + local language)

Basic computer and record-keeping skills

Honest, calm, and professional demeanor

Important Ethical Note

This position does NOT involve diagnosing, prescribing, or promising medical outcomes. Full training and clear protocols will be provided.
