Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media platforms
Manage and update the company’s social media accounts regularly
Plan, schedule, and publish posts in line with business needs
Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries in a professional manner
Develop creative campaign ideas to promote the company’s products and services
Capture photos and videos of products, projects, and company activities
Monitor page performance, audience engagement, and content results
Prepare simple performance reports and recommend improvements
Ensure consistency in brand image, messaging, and visual presentation
Keep up with social media trends and introduce fresh content ideas

Required Skills:

Strong content creation ability for social media
Good photography, videography, and editing skills
Graphic design skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Good planning and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
Relevant work experience in content creation and social media management.
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, etc
A portfolio or sample previous work
