Job Title: Digital Marketer

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

AddisFly Travel Agency is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing efforts. This role focuses on strengthening our brand, generating leads, driving ticket sales, and growing our presence on social media, Google, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate excels in content strategy, advertising, analytics, and turning customer insights into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Telegram.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive ticket sales, leads, and engagement.

• Develop and schedule content calendars aligned with brand goals, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns.

• Track performance analytics — reach, engagement, conversions — and provide weekly reports.

• Collaborate with Content Creators to produce effective visuals, captions, and campaign assets.

• Maintain AddisFly’s online presence and brand consistency across all platforms.

• Identify new digital trends, tools, and strategies to improve campaign performance.

• Engage with customers through comments, messages, and community interactions.

• Support website and landing page optimization for lead generation and SEO improvements.

• Coordinate with Sales, Booking Agents, and Client Relations to align marketing output with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (travel, airline, or hospitality industry preferred). Proven experience running social media ads or Google ads.
Social media marketing, content strategy, analytics, basic graphic/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe), copywriting, organization, and planning. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital funnels is a plus
