About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates clearly, handles customers with patience, and can follow procedures accurately. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and inquiries
Create and update work orders in the system
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
Follow call scripts, guidelines, and company procedures
Work with the dispatch team to coordinate service appointments
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Communication ability will be tested during the interview.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and call software
Previous call center or customer support experience is an asset but not required
Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently or in a team
