Job Summary:

A General Service Officer is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of an organization's facilities and resources. Their role involves overseeing a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks to ensure a conducive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of office logistics and general service functions.
Handle maintenance of office facilities, utilities, and equipment.
Oversee and coordinate fleet operations.
Support procurement and inventory of office supplies and materials.
Supervise office drivers, cleaners, security, and support staff as needed.
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workplace.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Follow up and pay various utilities for the company, including car insurance.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a general services or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of office operations, supplies, and facility management.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
