We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven field sales lead to lead driver acquisition/sign-up efforts for our operations with Yango.

The field sales lead will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of field sales agents/scouts who identify and onboard new drivers. This role involves both fieldwork and coordination — ensuring field sales/scouts are active, productive, and meeting daily and weekly targets.

Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, monitoring field sales/scouts performance, supporting onboarding efforts, and ensuring that recruited drivers become active on the platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This role is critical to the growth of the business and requires someone who can take ownership and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of driver field sales agents/scouts
Identify and develop new driver acquisition channels
Set daily and weekly targets for scouts and monitor performance
Ensure recruited drivers complete onboarding and become active
Provide field support and solve issues faced by field Sales agents/scouts and drivers
Track and report recruitment and activation performance

Compensation: Salary + Commission
