Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our support team and deliver outstanding customer experiences across chat, inbound calls, and outbound calls.

You will be the first point of contact for customers helping resolve issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat, inbound & outbound calls

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Escalate complex cases to the right department when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask across chat and voice channels

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
