-Draft and compile detailed tender documents, including scope of work, specifications, and evaluation criteria.

- Ensure that all documents are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze pricing trends.

- Monitor industry developments to inform procurement strategies.

- Analyze and evaluate submitted bids against established criteria.

- Prepare reports and recommendations based on bid evaluations for management review.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

- Address any concerns or queries related to the tendering process.

- Maintain accurate records of all tenders, including submissions, communications, and evaluations.

- Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for audits and future reference.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams, as necessary, during negotiations.

- Prepare and present reports on tender activities.

- Assist in training team members and stakeholders involved in the tendering process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in tender Officer more Than 3 year , preferably in the Advertising sector .

- Experienced in tender documentation and preparation

- Experienced in tender management software(EGP , Afro Tender ,Habesha Tender and other tender software's)

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary;15,000-20,000
