Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing cash flow, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining strong financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure optimal financial performance.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and control company costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based companies.
Experience in financial planning and business strategy
