Our company, Nikalt Furniture Plc needs a competent and energetic sales professionals for its head office and showroom in Addis Ababa. We are looking for someone with Strong written and verbal communication skills with Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets, with high level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and along side Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market’s potential , track sales and status reports.
Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities , and potential for new products.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address their questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the company’s operational needs.
