Active Advertising is seeking a reliable, responsible, and energetic Office Assistant to support daily office operations and field activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow between office staff, clients, and external partners.

The role involves a mix of in-office and field-based responsibilities, including supporting administrative work, handling document delivery and collection, and assisting the team with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
Deliver and collect documents, letters, and packages as required
Act as a messenger/runner for office-related errands within Addis Ababa
Support coordination between internal teams and external clients
Maintain basic office organization and filing systems when needed
Assist in scheduling and communication tasks as assigned
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and items
Provide general support to ensure efficient workflow in the office

Requirements:

Diploma in any related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to move around Addis Ababa for field assignments
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office is an advantage)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
