We are seeking a highly skilled and certified travel ticket officer with expertise in Galileo Travel Software to join our team.

As a Senior ticket agent , you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our clients, utilizing your extensive knowledge of Galileo Travel Software to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences, proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and proficiency in Galileo will be vital in delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.

Utilize Galileo Travel Software to handle all aspects of travel bookings flights activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Ticket Agent in IATA OFFICE

• Certification in Galileo Travel Software is mandatory

• who can handle ticket issuing, reservation, and cancellation

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in using Galileo Travel Software for bookings, ticketing, and itinerary management

• Strong understanding of travel industry practices, including airline reservations, fare rules, and ticketing processes

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines
