AIT Technology is seeking a Field Sales Representative to introduce our edtech products to schools, training centers, and educational institutions across your assigned territory. This role focuses on territory management, client engagement, product demonstrations, and driving adoption of our educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and grow market share within your assigned region.
Client Engagement: Prospect, approach, and nurture relationships with decision-makers in schools, colleges, tutoring centers, corporate training departments, and other education-focused organizations.
Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate our edtech solutions (software, platforms, devices, or learning materials) to show value, ease-of-use, and learning outcomes.
Needs Assessment & Customization: Understand clients’ educational needs and constraints; work with internal teams to recommend tailored product configurations, packages, or pilot programs.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate product trials, onboarding, and initial training sessions with clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Account Management: Maintain regular face-to-face visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and share market and customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategy.
Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 years proven success in field sales, preferably with exposure to B2B sales or selling to educational institutions.
Sector Fit: Experience or strong interest in the education sector and edtech solutions is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and conduct on-site meetings and demos.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Tech Comfort: Comfortable demonstrating digital products, using tablets/laptops for presentations, and guiding clients through basic technical onboarding.
