Social Media Manager (Remote – Full Time)

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote position requiring 8 hours of work per day and strong consistency in content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and passionate about social media, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that build brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and others).
* Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
* Manage daily posting and ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals.
* Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, responding in a professional and timely manner.
* Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
* Suggest and implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
* Coordinate with design or marketing teams when needed.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
* Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of content creation, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
* Ability to analyze insights and optimize campaigns based on data.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Highly organized, reliable, and consistent with daily work.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment for 8 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic graphic design.
* Experience running social media ads.
* Experience growing a brand or online store through social media.
