Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, sharp Operational Manager to oversee daily workflows, lead our creative team, and ensure smooth business execution. This role requires a strong balance of data-driven tracking—specifically using Google Sheets to manage budgets and project timelines—and a creative mindset to quickly resolve day-to-day media production and marketing concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations, production schedules, and client deliverables.

- Track project budgets, optimize operational expenses, and manage resource allocation.

- Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets dashboards to monitor daily team performance and timelines.

- Coordinate directly with creative staff, editors, and marketing teams to keep projects on track.

- Quickly resolve operational bottlenecks to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in an operations or project management role, specifically within a media production or digital marketing environment.

Technical & Creative Skills:

- Advanced Google Sheets Skills: High proficiency in data organization, advanced formulas, and custom tracking templates.

- Creative Mindset: A strong understanding of video production and media workflows to handle project concerns effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving, team coordination, and time-management skills.
