Miseso Interior Design is actively seeking passionate, talented, and motivated Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. We offer a creative and collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional, high-end interior solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Design Development: Translate initial interior design concepts and schematics into comprehensive and technically sound architectural drawings and documentation.
Documentation & Detailing: Prepare complete sets of construction documents (CDs), including floor plans, elevations, sections, and complex details, ensuring compliance with local codes and company standards.
3D Modeling & Visualization: Utilize advanced 3D software to develop detailed models and high-quality presentation renderings that communicate the design intent to clients and the project team.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Interior Detail Draftsman, senior designers, and external consultants (engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless project integration.
Site Support: Assist the Senior Architect in site visits, construction administration, and reviewing submittals and shop drawings to ensure the design is executed accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Architectu
Minimum 1 year of professional experience
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD
Good command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Illustrator. Working knowledge of rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is highly desirable.
Strong creativity, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent visual and oral presentation skills.
Proven ability to be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
