IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, learns quickly, and can effectively resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. We value potential, learning ability, and problem-solving skills as much as prior experience.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Core Competencies
Attention to Detail & Data Organization – Ability to maintain accurate records, organize data efficiently, and ensure high levels of accuracy.
Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions.
Fast Learning Ability – Capable of quickly understanding new technologies, tools, and processes.
Technical Aptitude – Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
Communication Skills – Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and assist users effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive Mindset – Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks and challenges.
CRM Experience – Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Previous experience in IT support, help desk operations, customer support, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage but not required.
