Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, cost control, contractor management, quality assurance, risk management, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through completion and handover.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Lead value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Review contractor claims, variations, and project progress.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Prepare project reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of construction project management experience.
Proven experience delivering multi-storey residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects from groundbreaking to handover.
Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and contractor management.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software.

Preferred

Master's Degree in a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Experience in real estate development projects.
