Position: - HR Data Administrator

HR Data Administrator is responsible in managing and maintaining accurate employee data in the HRIS, performing data analysis and reporting to support HR decisions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include data entry, data audits, report generation, maintaining HR policies, and resolving data-related issues to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Enter, update, and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).

Ø Conduct data audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ø Ensure the integrity of HR data by implementing standard operating procedures for data entry and processing.

Ø Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for HR and leadership to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Ø Analyze data to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates  HR Process Support:

Ø Support HR workflows, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.

Ø Maintain and update the HR system, ensuring it is up-to-date.

Ø Assist with system testing, upgrades, and user training.

Ø Ensure HR data complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in HRIS, Computer Science or related field
4+ years’ experience in data management.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
Understanding of data management principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
