Job Summary

Phoenix Ethiopia is a leading distribution company specializing in telecommunications, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. With strong operations across Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, SNNP, and Amhara regions, the company delivers technology-enabled route-to-market solutions that ensure operational excellence, compliance, and market growth for partner brands.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations, including inventory management, transaction follow-ups, and reporting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records

Monitor and track stock movement

Manage and follow up on operational transactions

Follow up on sales and activity reports from field teams

Ensure timely and accurate reporting

Identify and report discrepancies in stock or reports

Handle and track weekly and monthly payments

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Good communication and follow-up skills

Trustworthy and responsible

High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
