Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
Manage visitor records and daily reception activities
Coordinate with management and maintenance teams
Handle basic administrative and office support tasks
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Fluent in English and Amharic
