We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support business growth in our tech company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for tech operations
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability (including SaaS or digital products)
• Prepare accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
• Manage cash flow and optimize company spending
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams
• Manage and mentor the finance team
• Support fundraising, investment planning, and scaling strategies
• Improve financial systems, tools, and processes

Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of finance in tech/business environments
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
